Distillation Column Packing MaterialPacking a column with copper scrubbers will increase the purity of whatever is being distilled. It does so by causing a slight natural reflux in the column. For our commercial customers: copper packing will also remove sulfur compounds from the vapor, which produces a better tasting spirit. Suggested quantities: 1 2 scrubbers for a 1 gallon still. 4 8 scrubbers for a 5 gallon still. 5 10 scrubbers for a 8 gallon still. 7 13 scrubbers for a 10 gallon
