5-HTP is a natural component derived from the seed of the African plant Griffonia Simplicifolia. It is an active intermediate metabolite between tryptophan and serotonin. In the central nervous system, serotonin plays a significant role in the modulation of emotional mood, sleep, appetite, stress resistance, pain control and other body functions.

Directions
