Rangate Full Reference "Zig Zag" Glue Joint Cutter

This Full-Reference shaper cutter is for making 2.5mm zig-zag grooves for along-the-grain joinery. This joint is common for preparing board slabs for tabletops, furniture components, and cutting boards.

For a 55mm material, the additional 22mm of (over 41% more) gluing surface secures the along-the-grain fiber bonds between the two pieces of wood. With a 2.5mm spacer or spindle height adjustment, the opposite glue joint can easily produce smooth and finish-quality cuts.

Bore size:  40mm, available bushings to 1-1/4" or 30mm bore.
