Records the day high and low temperatures. The right side registers the highest temperature since the last setting, the left side registers the lowest temperature since the last setting. Blue gauges are pushed to each temperature extreme by the two mercury columns and stay until reset. Push button to reset.

To fix separated liquid: hold thermometer upside down and move markers up (don’t let them go all the way to the top). Turn thermometer back right side up and gently tap the corner of the side that is separated on the heel of your palm.The liquid should come back together.
