At first glance, the 29er Pointer Date (Zeigerdatum) impresses with its classically-inspired nautical color scheme — and then again at second glance, with a date display that is not quite ordinary. This is represented by a white hand, whose blue crescent points to the date scale on the blue-grey chapter ring. The end result is a highly teutonic, yet modern take on a classic and superbly useful watchmaking complication.
