It seems like Hefeweizens might just be the most despised beer style in the craft beer world right now, with many remarking “I hate wheat beer” when we hinted that this might be on the cards. So, you could say that by brewing one, we’re asking you to take a bit of a trust fall? 

For our Decoction Hefeweizen, our friends at Voyager Craft Malt produced us our very own under-modified wheat malt. We utilised five separate temperature rests to create a complex malt profile from it in this easy-drinking Weissbier.

And you now what? We reckon this beer is going to change what you think about Hefeweizen's. (Unless you already love them. In which case, it will cement your thinking.)
