Tasting Notes: The wine shows dark‑purple richness with lifted violet and blackberry aromatics, layered by cassis, licorice, tobacco, geranium, and late‑summer tomato leaf. A secondary wave of savoury spice—pastrami, cinnamon, oak smoke—adds depth. The palate is taut, savoury, and densely textured, carrying ripe cassis and mixed dark‑berry fruit. Acidity sits quietly but effectively in the background, while fine, youthful tannins are present everywhere, promising greater structure and dryness with a few more years of age.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C.

Decanting: A 45–60 minute decant is recommended to soften tannins and open aromatics.
