Designed with freshness in mind, this wine has been fermented in stainless steel to maintain the varietal spice and tropical fruit flavours. Four months on fine lees following ferment has built creamy texture to complement the fresh acidity of the fruit profile. Nutty and floral lees derived characters underpin the freshness of the palate, without overwhelming the delicacy of the flavour profile. The vibrant acid profile of this wine and lees derived texture lends itself well to drinking now through the next five years.
