Head & Foot Board Set Replacement for CostCare Heavy Duty Long-Term Acute Care Low Bed B333

Replacement composite headboard and footboard set for the CostCare B333 Heavy Duty Long-Term Acute Care Low Bed. Designed to fit the bed frame using the bed slots, black turn knob, and plastic lever locking system described in the B333 user manual.

Assembly Instructions

1. Ensure the two plastic levers on the headboard frame point away from the bed.
2. Insert the footboard squarely through the plastic levers into the footboard frame.
3. Rotate the plastic levers until they are parallel with the footboard and pointing toward the sides of the bed to lock the footboard in place.
4. Repeat the same procedure for headboard installation.

• The mounting bracket is not included and should already be supplied with your bed frame
