The BONOMI SERIES 253NLF 2-WAY LEAD FREE BRASS NPT BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a unique assembly of a direct mount 2-way, brass NPT ball valve with stainless steel trim and a pneumatic actuator. It is designed for drinking water applications and is lead-free brass with stainless steel ball and stem. It has a full port, sizes 1/4” to 4”, ISO 5211 pad and square stem, and a pressure rating of up to 600 WOG. It has a low torque design with back up O-ring and a double O-ring stem seal design for extended cycle life. It is 100% electronically tested in the open and closed position at 80psi.

The actuator has a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime. It is 100% factory tested.
