Tasting Notes: The nose is pronounced notes of raw almonds & hazelnut, a concentrated mix of dehydrated fruit, creme brûlée with a freshly torched caramel chip, vanilla bean ice cream, wafts of extinguished smoke & oak dust. With just a few moments to breathe, the dehydrated fruit mix progresses into a deliciously ripe strawberry.  

An immediate burst of dark chocolate powder and black tea leaves transition into soft waves of leather, bark, and pronounced baking spices on the palate.

The finish is long and increasingly chocolatey, with a backbone of toasted oak, cloves and worn leather.
