Front (Obverse): Features a scenic view of the Jebel Aulia Hydroelectric Dam on the White Nile. It is overprinted with a bold red "CANCELLED" and features four small official punch-hole cancellations.
Back (Reverse): Depicts a traditional nomad camel rider (camel postman) in the desert. The red "CANCELLED" overprint is repeated on the reverse.
Serial Number: C/13 000 000 (Classic specimen zero-serial).
Printer: Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited (London).
Signatures: Ibrahim Ahmed and Mamoun Beheiry.
