Pronounced 'Quin-Tea-Knee', this is thought to be the first vermouth to be based on Pineau des Charentes, along with white wines from the Southwest of France. Vibrant yellow, with a nose of bittersweet herbs, sage, basil, and rosemary, some honey, and various citrus peels, lemon zest most prominently. The body is sharp and, again, bittersweet, chewy with loads of green herbs and citrus-focused, plus a lively woody/brambly note on the finish that pairs well with a hint of crisp white wine and that distinct Pineau character.
