This scarce fanzine was the sole issue of Philippine Comics Review. Published by Tikbalang Publications in Manila, it offered "a first-hand look into the Filipino comic industry."

It features the articles "Is [Francisco] Coching Still Relevant" (a Francisco Coching interview & biography), "Opinions/Alex Toth," "Ravelo: Iconoclast," "Nino's Art" (about Alex Nino, including an interview with the artist), "Vince Fago at the Plaza" (about Vincent Fago), a Nestor Redondo portfolio (five black & white and two color illustrations), cartoonist J. Zabala-Santos, and more.
