The Award Recommendation Form is a 4 page document, with instructions on tailoring the document and a document revision record. The document then provides an award recommendation form, with is customisable for any organisation. The form provides useful instructions and tips for the person or persons filling out the form. This Award Recommendation Form is used to obtain internal approval to award a contract or purchase order at the completion of a sourcing exercise (i.e. invitation to tender, request for proposal or request for quotation).  It includes details of the proposed contract and an overview of the sourcing process, including negotiations, clarifications and any other relevant communications.
