Ingredients:  L-lysine hydrochloride, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-proline, L-cysteine, horsetail herb extract (Equisetum arvense L.) standardized to 32% silica DER 20:1, common nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.) .) DER 20:1, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) OptiMSM®, blueberry fruit extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) DER 4:1, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), zinc citrate (zinc), manganese gluconate (manganese) , anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, D-biotin (biotin).

How to use:  3 capsules a day - after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
