How Red Light Therapy Works

Red Light Therapy (RLT) works by exposing the skin to low levels of red and near-infrared light for a set period. Unlike other forms of light therapy, red light operates at low wavelengths, penetrating the skin by 1 to 2 millimeters without generating heat.
