I found this beautiful badger hair brush at the estate sale of an artist who had a gorgeous studio stocked with highest quality supplies for work in most every medium. From what I understand the softness and lightness of badger hair makes it especially useful for blending and softening edges in paintings, and badger brushes are especially suited for painting on glass and ceramic. I'd love to see this one put to good use, but would myself just be happy to look at it; so lovely.

This brush, which I don't think is especially old, is in very good condition. There are just few bristles missing (one hole's worth), as documented. It measures 11" long x 3 7/8" wide x 3/4" deep.
