I've seen plenty of nail art skiers and the like, but never a tiny swingset, or abstracted animals like this, all done with a precision and elegance that I find really lovely--while also, in a curious way, seeming to honor the integrity of the nails themselves. I feel like this might integrate fairly nicely into Calder's circus, and rather transcends its folk nature to feel like a tiny modernist sculpture.
