How to Use a Probe Thermometer:
Insert the thermometer probe into material. Set the digital thermometer on the counter and keep it upright with the kickstand. Alternatively, use the magnetic backing or hang hole to secure the digital display in place.

Thermometer monitors the temperature for you and sounds an alarm when the desired temperature has been reached. Alternatively, set the timer feature manually to sound the alarm after a desired number of minutes/hours.

Clean probe with a damp, soapy cloth after use. Do not submerge digital component.
