These overalls are what the US Navy was using for work - only recently they have changed to a more fire retardant version. Assuming you aren't often combusting into flames though, these are a great option for working under your car with.

Equipped with pockets on the chest, waist and back you will have plenty of space to carry your equipment. The front opens just above the crotch and zips up to your chest allowing for easy donning. You can wear these quite happily stand alone but if you need you can add a belt with 5cm belt loops on the waist.

A great choice for hiding those oil stains when working in the garage!
