Stellar Organics Sauvignon Blanc 2019Stellar produces this delightful organic white wine: lovely fruit salad nose followed by a refreshing grassy palate; great with fish, salads and desserts. This is a nice grassy, gooseberry tinged Sauvignon. The nose is appealingly fruity, and in the mouth theres good acidity with a bit of zing. Theres some soft ripeness on the finish (hints of acacia winegums). A simple, straight forward and clean dry white.
