Tasting notes

Harvested in early February at -10°C, the Riesling yielded a juice measuring 39 Brix after pressing. Fermentation lasted 3.5 weeks before being halted at 10.5% alcohol.

This wine bursts with aromas of honey, peach, mandarin orange, and apricot. The palate mirrors these notes, offering a clean, balanced sweetness with bright fruit expression.

Pairing

Enjoy with terrines, foie gras, pineapple upside-down cake, or bold cheeses such as blue or aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
