When you lift your vehicle, the upper ball joint is pushed closer to the end of its operational range, which reduces down travel and puts additional strain on the joint. ATI’s ball joint spacers solve this by adding 30mm of clearance, restoring lost travel and moving the arm away from the strut tower and coil to reduce joint stress.
