The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona was founded about a hundred years ago in Piedmont Italy, centered in an important wine area. A historical distillery, it boasts the oldest distillation license issued by UTF. In addition to selecting the best grape marc in their region, Sibona’s quality reflects its distillation, quality equipment, and using only the heart of the distillation.

Sibona's “Classic” Grappa is made from several different grape varieties. It has a fine, wide bouquet of fresh grape aromas and is soft on the palate, with slight floral notes, ripe plum fruitiness, and a touch of spice. Very pleasant, with great harmony, finesse, and just a hint of grappa's characteristic funk.
