How to relish-: 

1. Pour 200ml of water that has almost reached its boiling point over two grams or one and a half tea spoons of tea into a teapot. (always put the tea leaves first and then water). Alternatively, put two grams of tea in the S’yuo Cha Leaf Locker strainer and dip it in a hot glass of water.
