Northeast Greenland National Park is inhabited by only a few handfuls of people. This enormous land is mostly covered by the Inland Ice and only the coastline and the fjords are open in the summer.
I went to the northernmost town to do a two-month photo project and on one of my hikes I came across this beautiful phenomenon. As the river froze during late autumn huge stones were caught in the ice making it look like they were floating in the air.
