The OM System M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm F5.0-6.3 IS II is a state-of-the-art telephoto zoom lens for Micro Four Thirds systems, offering a 200-800mm full-frame equivalent reach in a weather-sealed and compact design. It’s ideal for wildlife, sports, and distant subjects.

Thanks to its new 5-axis Sync IS providing up to 7.0 stops of compensation, this lens allows stable handheld shooting even at extreme focal lengths. Its close focusing distance of 1.3 m enables telemacro capability, and the compact chassis with IPX1 sealing ensures reliability in challenging conditions.

With a 21-element / 15-group optical design featuring ED, HR, and Super HR elements, plus a 9-blade circular diaphragm, the lens delivers sharp images with smooth out-of-focus rendering. It also supports MC-14 and MC-20 teleconverters for extended reach up to 1,600 mm equivalent.
