Change your slim insoles every year for the best shock protection.

Did you know that regular shoe insoles should be changed every 3 months!

Our insoles will outlast the competition and can withstand longer intervals of wear while providing comparably better impact protection.

How often you will need to change your insoles will depend on your use:

If you have a lot of shoes and wear them maybe once a week, then you might get a significantly longer use life. You will know when they have lost their life as they will lose that signature comfy feeling. We personally still wear shoes with insoles we made over 2 years ago, but it depends on wear.

If you rotate 2-3 pairs every other day over the span of the week, then we recommend that you still plan to change out your insoles every year, but again depending on feel.

If you wear the same pair of shoes every day, you should still plan to change them out every 3-6 months depending on feel.
