AdrenaSoothe is a unique blend of nutrients and adaptogenic botanicals specifically formulated to support healthy energy levels and help counteract the effects of daily stress. AdrenaSoothe supplement provides a unique blend of "stress-adapting botanicals" that support the bodyÍs resistance to fatigue and help to maintain balanced cortisol and DHEA levels. Stress is defined as any disturbance that can trigger the body's stress response, including physical trauma, psychological stress, extreme heat or cold, work overload and sleep deprivation. Prolonged stress triggers the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, the body's stress response system, and can result in the three stages of stress: alarm, resistance, and exhaustion. 

Stage 1: Alarm - Characterized by elevated cortisol levels, this is the body's initial, short-lived, 'Fight-or-Flight' response to danger.  When stress exposure is prolonged, we will enter the next stage. 

Stage 2: Resistance - In the resistance phase, the adrenals release hormones like DHEA and cortisol to help the body 'resistance' and continue to buffer prolonged stress.  

Stage 3: Exhaustion - These prolonged periods of stress can begin to overburden the adrenal system and create imbalanced cortisol and DHEA production. This can result in nervous tension, poor memory, irritability, and mental and physical fatigue, -all characteristic of Stage 3,

2 capsules taken one or two times per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
