Part of the Reticulated Landscapes Collection, these elegant drop earrings are simply lovely. Sterling silver sheet has been reticulated with a "landscape" texture in my own studio. It is hand pierced and soldered together to create an open space circle. The back of the circle is a solid piece of silver and the front has the reticulated texture. Depth is created as well as unusual negative space. 

The circles measure 1/2” in diameter and 1/4” deep. The top and back of the earrings are high polished for contrast and to reveal the texture. The inside of the circles have been brushed for a subtle satin finish. These earrings are finished with handmade sterling silver french hooks soldered in place and hang a total of 1 inch.

These are a great set of earrings for everyday wear, or look classy enough to dress something up.
