Hydrophobic induction and pore blocking treatment for concrete or ceramics

MM Sealer Combo is a solvent carried blend of methacryate, alkylalkoxisiloxane and
waxes. Clear liquid with odour of aliphatic and aromatic solvent.

Properties:

MM Sealer Combo contains appropriate waxes and resins to produce a satin sheen.
The silane siloxane properties render the surface hydrophobic and non-slip in wet.
MM Sealer Combo charges the surface of concrete with a powerful excess of anions,
and therefore, repels water on all absorptive ceramic and cement-based products.
MM Sealer Combo slightly darkens treated substrates dependant on application rate
chosen.

Applications:

Wherever liquid, water or the ingress of aqueous solutions into concrete must be
prevented. MM Sealer Combo induces long lasting water repellancy properties into
concrete, stone or ceramic substrates (brick, tile etc). MM Sealer Combo resists pollution staining, and repels acid waters, thus being extremely useful in arresting carbonation of concrete and resultant reinforcing bar corrosion.

MM Sealer Combo stops the normal soiling or staining of diamond polished concrete floors, parking decks and hard-stands where easy removal of oil or grease is desired.

Yield:

8m² to 10m² per coat, depending on porosity of substrate. Two coats suggested.
