 Ingredients: Choline, Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Niacin (nicotinic acid), Inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), Microcrystalline cellulose (filling agent), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Biotin (D-biotin). Coating ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)

Taking niacin in doses above 20 mg daily may cause skin redness in sensitive people.
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 at doses above 10 mg per day for a long time may cause mild tingling and numbness.

Recommended intake : 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
