Thank you for considering C'ERA for your customized needs. We accept customized order request for dresses and gowns only. Currently, we are only servicing parts of the Tri-State area (PA,DE,NJ). Please contact us BEFORE purchasing to verify wether we can accept your custom order request at [email protected] or select the Custom C'ERA link located at the top of the page. IMPORTANT: Do NOT book a consultation before contacting us to verify availability.

Consultations

When your request for a customized order has been approved, we can move forward with purchasing a consultation. During the consultation, we will agree on your desired dress design and record your body measurements. We will also discuss the fabric options for your design. All further details regarding your customized order will be discussed during your consultation.

AFTER the consultation has been BOOKED, you will be contacted by email to schedule your appointment. If the information above has not already been received, inquiry information will also be requested in your appointment email. Please allow 1-2 Business days for response. (The email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout)

Note: Consultation fees are non-refundable (Not included in the garment price). Clients under the age of 18 years old should consent with their legal parent/guardian before booking a consultation.

Pricing

Custom order pricing starting at $500+ (Not including the fabric). Each dress is uniquely designed. The cost of the customized order varies depending on the the dress design and fabric cost.
