• The base inside this unit is a dome so its really easy to clean while the rotating rack arm enables you to drain out every last drop.

Note

• The lid is also a dome so this vessel can take a very small amount of pressure but not enough for pressure transfers or pressurised fermentation's.
• As this vessel has been manufactured with a stainless ball valve we would recommend removal of ball valve and heat sterilising each batch. (boil in water)
