You don't need any special equipment, just a phone and bluetooth earbuds as a minimum (and maybe a friend to hold the phone!)

Choose either a six or twelve session plan.

The Six Session plan will be taken over 1 or 2 weeks and the Twelve session plan over 2-4 weeks.
