The name snow lotus seed is not often heard. It is also called Egyptian beans, Huihui beans, and chickpeas, but it is the most vivid name of "chickpeas". 1. Wash and cut the vegetable(can be Bok Choy or White Cauliflower)

2. Pour the Glutens Puffs with Chickpeas into the pot and heat it, then add the vegetable, Sesame Oil and Pepper, and finally stir-fry it until cooked

Ingredients: Gluten (wheat protein, soybean salad oil), water, yacon seeds (chickpea), sugar, soy sauce paste, non-GMO soybean soy sauce, yeast extract (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt), salt, Shiitake mushroom extract (dextrin, Shiitake mushroom extract)

Storage method: after opening the can, please replace the container, seal it and refrigerate, and consume it as soon as possible
