Dry Creek Zin might not strike you as something worthy of special attention, but the folks at Unti, with their organic and biodynamic vineyards, exceptionally deft handling of this decidedly finicky grape, and a light touch in the cellar? Very much worth your undivided attention! Their Zin is a beautiful slice of Sonoma, and checks all the boxes - a touch rustic, with wild black fruit and baker's chocolate dancing across a lithe and lifted, tongue-tingly palate.
