Condition: Very good condition. The canvas exterior is in very good condition with light wear throughout and rubbing to the base corners. The vachetta leather trim has developed a deep honey patina and shows heavy wear along the top edge, including a number of heavy cracks, small areas where the trim has peeled off revealing the canvas underneath, as well as rubbing, creasing and darkening throughout (see photos 8 and 9). The side laces have softened and show moderate wear, rubbing, and small marks, as well as small splits near where they attach to the D-rings, though this does not affect their function. The handles have softened from use and have moderate rubbing and creasing, heavy darkening to the tops, and small marks to the handle bases. The hardware is in great condition with light wear and small areas of subtle gold tone loss to the D-rings. The interior is clean and in great condition with light wear, faint marks to the base, and a large section inside the pocket where the waxy coating has peeled off.
