Brewery Tip: While US-05 can be sprinkled directly onto the wort, rehydrating in 10x its weight of sterile water at 80°F for 15 minutes will ensure the highest viable cell count. Maintain a fermentation temperature between 64°F and 72°F for the cleanest results. For very high-gravity batches, consider pitching two sachets.
