The wine is full flavored with pear and citrus aromas.  Stimulating on the palate, as well as fresh and fruity.  It has a perfect balance of fruitiness and Riesling typical crispness.  It is ideal for drinking with cold meat, salads and seafood or taken as an aperitif. Fruity Riesling bouquet, well-balanced palate, hint of exotic fruit, crisp, refreshing and straight forward. It goes well with salads, chicken dishes and Asian cuisine, and can of course be enjoyed on its own as an easy drinking summer wine or aperitif. Serve well chilled.
