Safe Harbour - Baltic PorterFor this rich and warming Baltic Porter, we have decoction mashed our specialty Mountain Culture under modified malted barley and combined it with select Munich malts and tasty chocolate malt to produce complex caramel and toffee flavours. Using a lager yeast, we cool fermented it for those clean, refreshing characteristics. With balanced bitterness, Safe Harbour finishes smooth on the palate making this the perfect beer to conclude the winter season.
