With the DUOMO, Coyote designed the perfect appliance for outdoor entertaining. The Coyote DUOMO can reach a maximum temperature of 1,000 degrees and it utilizes an active heat management system made of three parts. The first is the oven door, which is a dynamic regulator of both the temperature and the fire. Placing it at different angles will adjust the airflow, while the front smoke escape design keeps the oxygen flowing consistently.
