Tasting Notes: If you are one for aromatics, this pour is giving it up in spades. This nose is viscous, spicy, and earthy - but still continues with plenty of perfumed brown sugar syrup. There’s just a kiss of stone fruit and citrus in there as well to make it more exciting than it already is.

The palate is incredibly complex. It begins with deep, rich, toasted barrel char and caramel, lots of warming oak, and deep fruitiness with nods to florality. Compared to our 11-year Jamaican that screamed earthy, smoky, and herbaceous from the get-go, this one adds just a touch of that character while still remaining in the tasting pocket of a bourbon lover.

The finish is a thick and chewy brown sugar bomb with lasting fruit punch and lasting oak.
