Moreover, the lids fit both containers, so you don't have to search for the right lid. The transparent container on top has a 200 ml capacity, which is enough for about 75 grams of muesli or fruit. The bottom container has a 500 ml capacity, more than enough for noodles or yogurt. The Mepal lunch pot can also be used as a handy soup cup for on the go. The yogurt cup is made of durable material and is suitable for use in the freezer, microwave (without lid), and dishwasher.
