T47a (asymmetric) threaded BB cups for T47a frames and 29mm diameter spindle compatible cranks. The cups have internal bearings and are compatible with BB shells with a width of 77.5-79mm. Machined aluminum cups fit directly into Cervelo, Factor, and Felt T47a BB shells. Bearings are easy to maintain or replace. A boot that fits between the cups provides added protection from dirt and grime, preventing your internal threads and hoses from rubbing on the crankshaft. T47a BB cups are similar to standard threaded BSA cups, in that the drive-side cup has left-hand threads and the non-drive-side cup has right-hand threads. Use a quality grease when installing in steel or aluminum BB shells, and an anti-seize compound compatible with titanium BB shells.
