Turritella Fossil Agate gemstone copper wire wrapped crystal pendant

Turritella fossil agate is the fossilized remains of the snail shell from the genus, turritella. They are found in Wyoming, USA.

The pendant features a round shaped turritella agate gemstone that is in a prong setting with a bare bail and a ram’s horn design alongside the bail.

The stone has a dark brown background with white, light yellow, and light brown shell fragments in a circular and semi spiral shape, that form a mottled appearance across the stone.

Pendant is wrapped in pure copper wire and is oxidized for an antique look.

It measures 2 1/8” tall x 1 ¼” wide.
