Overview

AVG universal PTR ECV valve insulation jacket is compatible with PTR pressure temperature relief valves and ECV expansion control valves from all mainstream manufacturers such as AVG, Reliance Tomson H55 H50, Nefa, Reflex, Edison and APO in both 15mm ½" and 20mm ¾" sizes. These PTR and ECV valves are fitted to heat pumps, electric, gas storage and solar water heaters across brands including Rheem, Rinnai, Dux, Chromagen, Solarhart, Vulcan, Therman, Apricus and Solahart. Therefore, this AVG universal PTR ECV valve insulation jacket will replace all the worn out items if the customers have the above branded hot water services or the aforementioned branded valves fitted. 

The plumbing valve insulation is a requirement by plumbing rules in many Australia states. The AVG insulation jacket can reduce the heat loss and improve the hot water services' overall thermal efficiency, while providing a clean and professional finish. The AVG insulation jacket is made of self skinned PU polyurethane foam and has anti UV additives. The insulation jack is locked into place by the supplied zip ties. The insulation foam material is very soft and therefore can adapt to differently shaped valves from a wide range of manufacturers.
