Tasting Notes: The nose is honey grahams, vanilla bean, and continuing on with softer, lighter notes of tobacco, cigar box. and cream. The palate follows closely to the nose notes, leading with soft leathery young oak, and complimented with a maple sweetened creaminess. if you’ve ever made homemade vanilla extract, you’ll be comfortable with the sweetness. Not a lot of fruitiness to this blend, just sugar browning pockets. The finish is where some of the quirky dark fruit funkiness sits, but not overly wild. Nuanced berries, and subtle smoked chocolate.
