USAGE & INGREDIENTS:

Directions of Use:

1. To cleanse your whole face, massage a grape-sized amount of Declare Allergy Balance Soft Cleansing onto dry skin, then rinse off with cool water.
2. To remove eye makeup, dispense a small amount of Declare Allergy Balance Soft Cleansing onto a cotton pad. 
3. Gently wipe on eyes to remove makeup, then rinse with cool water.
